We protect the security of your personal information; honor your choice for its intended use; and carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure. We've taken several actions to ensure your security and privacy isn't compromised.
First, the information and lists you exchange with Cleanlist are transmitted point-to-point in an encrypted form with Verisign certification. This is the same high level of secure data exchange used by most banking sites, only we extend that same security to the actual list transfer—not just your account information. Encrypted data transfers are nearly impossible to intercept, unlike the all-to-common practice of using email or FTP to exchange data. The "lock icon" on your browser's status bar provides evidence that you're working on a secure page.
When your data safely arrives at Cleanlist, you can be assured it's in good hands. Our modern data centre facilities are protected by extensive physical security and access controls. Only authorized employees who actually work on your data are provided access. Each employee is background checked and signs a Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement.
Upon completion of each order, all copies of your data are permanently removed from our servers. Your list is never used for any purposes other than to provide the cleaning and enhancement services you've requested.
